1. Data Ownership Doctrine
You retain 100% complete, unconditional ownership of all audio recordings, video files, live dictation streams, transcripts, translated texts, and exported artifacts created on or ingested into supergetty. We claim zero intellectual property rights over any user data.
2. Zero Public AI Model Training
Your voice data, audio files, transcribed text, and multilingual translations are strictly quarantined. We enforce a strict zero-training policy: customer data is NEVER used to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve any public or shared machine learning or AI models.
3. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
You may permanently delete any recording, dictation, or translated segment at any time with one click. When you delete a recording or dictation from supergetty, all underlying media chunks, database entries, and vector cache items are permanently purged from encrypted databases and secure cloud storage without delay.
4. Telemetry and Analytics
We collect minimal operational telemetry strictly required to deliver the service, monitor server error rates, and calculate usage ledgers. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or broker personal information under any circumstances.
